ACKERMAN ADJUSTABLE including everything those loved about the V1, you can now adjust ackerman on the fly using the Ackerman inserts on the knuckle adapter kit. Offering the option of either zero Ackerman or positive Ackerman. The difference being for either more track use (zero ackerman, better for mid to high speed handling and less front tire wear when drifting) or street use (positive ackerman, allowing for lower speed control and more street friendly tire wear)
MADE TO WORK WITH IS300, JZX90/100/110, & JZS171/151 CHASSIS and designed with up to 50° of steering angle, our angle kits are a killer upgrade from stock angle! We machine each kit in-house from aerospace grade 7075-T6 Aluminum. These kits are compatible with any IS300, JZX, or JZS151/171 ball joint (including Moog which we prefer). NOT compatible with UCF (LS400/Celsior) or JZS160/161 (Aristo/GS300) chassis.
In addition to more steering angle, you’ll achieve 28.5mm of roll center correction, restoring your suspension geometry to its ideal position and reducing understeer and body roll. Ackerman remains close to stock, helping to maintain consistent front grip through the steering range. Our locating dowels are machined from chromoly steel and come pre-pressed into the knuckle adapter. Kits include 4x M12-1.25 Grade 12 alloy steel socket head Allen bolts.
WILL REQUIRE modification of the lower ball joint by cutting off old tie rod end mounting point!
WILL LOWER front ride height by 35mm!
WILL REQUIRE swapping outter tie rod ends from left to right and from right to left if using GS300 outter tie rod ends!
WILL REQUIRE either our extended inner tie rods (cut to fit) or an extended length outer tie rod (GS300/IS300) end depending on chassis lower control arm length, typically 25+mm LCA!

TO ACHIEVE MAX ANGLE consider using alternate inner and outer tie rod lengths compatible with your chassis and adding toe out!
TO ACHIEVE MAX WHEEL CLEARANCE and to prevent rubbing, we suggest using IS300 or JZX110 forward lower control arms (caster arms) or any after market high clearance arm depending on chassis!
